Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
On arrival in Beijing, you will be met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel(booked by us) in Beijing.After a short a break at your hotel, visit the Temple of Heaven.
- Temple of Heaven: The place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest.
Day 2: Beijing (B,L)
Pick you up from your hotel,and drive to visit Mutianyu Great Wall and Ming Tombs.On the way to Mutianyu Great Wall, you will visit a large scale jade processing factory, which will help you to know the processes of Chinese jade carving and Chinese jade culture.
- Mutianyu Great Wall: A beautiful section of the Great Wall with less crowded. It is known for its beautiful surroundings in seasons of the year, and hike it for 2 hours.Cable car is a good choice if one wants to get to the highest point and take the whole beautiful bird view.
- Ming Tombs: Buried 13 emperors of Ming Dynasty, it is the largest clusters of imperial cemeteries in China.
- Jade Carving Factory: It was not only the excellent skill on carving, but also mixes many Chinese traditional cultures in the jade carving.
Day 3: Beijing (B,L)
After breakfast at your hotel, you visit the Forbidden City and Tian'anmen square.Then you will have a chance to enjoy the Chinese traditional Silk arts or Chinese traditional medicine culture.After lunch,you visit Summer Palace.
- Tiananmen Square: The largest public square in the world.
- Forbidden City: The Chinese imperial palace from the mid-Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty.
- Summer Palace: Originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty.
Day 4: Beijing-Nanjing by Morning Flight(B,L)
After breakfast,take early morning flight for Nanjing. Met and transferred to your hotel in Nanjing(booked by us). After lunch, first visit Yangtze River Bridge. Then move on to Zhonghua Gate. Lastly visit the QinHuai River.
- Yangtze River Bridge: An important presentation of Chinese self-reliance until the late 1970s.
- Zhonghua Gate: It is regarded as the biggest castle-style city gate in China.
- QinHuai River: This riverside area used to the restaurants, dance halls and whorehouses where nobles, talents and businessmen flocked here for busy nightlife.
Day 5: Nanjing - Suzhou by train D5433(14:48-16:44) (B,L)
After breakfast,drive to Dr. Sun Yatsen's Mausoleum and the Nanjing Museum. After lunch, transfer to the railway station and take the high speed train D5433(14:48-16:44) to Suzhou. Met and transferred to your hotel in Suzhou.
- Dr. Sun Yatsen's Mausoleum: Dr. Sun Yat-sen (1866-1925) was a great forerunner of the Chinese democratic revolution.
- Nanjing Museum: It is a comprehensive museum of municipal level.
Day 6: Suzhou (B,L)
After breakfast,you visit Net Master Garden,Hanshan Temple and Tiger Hill.
- Net Master Garden: ,the best and most celebrated as a model Ming Dynasty Garden in all of Suzhou.
- Hanshan Temple: It used to be one of the 10 most famous temples in Chin.
- Tiger Hill: One of Suzhou's famous site and symbol of Suzhou City.
Day 7: Suzhou-Hangzhou by road (B,L)
After breakfast, drive from Suzhou to Wuzhen by road and stroll in the little ancient water town Wuzhen. Take some nice photos of the old houses lined up two sides of the river, visit various workshops of wines, batik, embroidery, etc. After lunch at Wuzhen, drive from Wuzhen to Hangzhou, and check in the hotel in Hangzhou.
Day 8: Hangzhou (B,L)
Pick up from your midtown hotel in Hangzhou,then you visit West Lake,Leifeng Pagoda and Lingyin Temple.After the whole day tour, you will be transferred back to your midtown hotel in Hangzhou.
- West Lake: It is what the beauty of Hangzhou is all about. The West Lake is filled with green trees and many beautiful lake views worth visiting.
- Leifeng Pagoda: Ascending the top of the pagoda and looking down, one has a panoramic view of West Lake and the whole city of Hangzhou.
- Lingyin Temple: It is a Buddhist temple of the Chan sect nestled in the Flying Peak north-west of Hangzhou.
Day 9: Hangzhou-Shanghai by road (B,L)
After breakfast, drive from Hangzhou to Shanghai. Check-in at your hotel in Shanghai. After lunch,continue to visit Shanghai Museum and Oriental Pearl TV Tower. After the tour, transferred back to your hotel.
- Shanghai Museum: Ranked as the best museum in China with a collection of over 120,000 pieces of Chinese art & cultural relics.
- Oriental Pearl TV Tower: One of the tallest TV towers in the world, known for its distinctive spheres, or "pearls", it stands across the river from the Bund, among the exciting architecture of the east bank.
Day 10: Shanghai (B,L)
After breakfast,pick up from your hotel in Shanghai and visit Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple, The Bund with lunch included. After the tour, transferred back to your hotel.
- Yuyuan Garden: Located in the center of the Old City next to the Chenghuangmiao in the city, is considered one of the most lavish and finest Chinese gardens in the region.
- Jade Buddha Temple: the most famous Buddhist temple in Shanghai.The temple highlights its two magnificent white jade Burmese Buddha statues.
- Xintiandi: A leisure entertainment centre with catering, shopping, and an amazing nightlife to suit all tastes and moods, all in a romantic, distinctly Shanghai setting.
- The Bund: It has been a symbol of Shanghai since a hundred years.The picturesque bund with tall building of various tower over the river, looking as a museum of modern world architecture.
Day 11: Depart Shanghai (B)
