Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
On arrival in Beijing, you will be met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel(booked by us) in Beijing.After a short a break at your hotel, visit the Temple of Heaven.
- Temple of Heaven: The place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest.
Day 2: Beijing (B,L)
Pick you up from your hotel,and drive to visit Mutianyu Great Wall and Ming Tombs.On the way to Mutianyu Great Wall, you will visit a large scale jade processing factory, which will help you to know the processes of Chinese jade carving and Chinese jade culture.
- Mutianyu Great Wall: A beautiful section of the Great Wall with less crowded. It is known for its beautiful surroundings in seasons of the year, and hike it for 2 hours.Cable car is a good choice if one wants to get to the highest point and take the whole beautiful bird view.
- Ming Tombs: Buried 13 emperors of Ming Dynasty, it is the largest clusters of imperial cemeteries in China.
- Jade Carving Factory: It was not only the excellent skill on carving, but also mixes many Chinese traditional cultures in the jade carving.
Day 3: Beijing (B,L)
After breakfast at your hotel, you visit the Forbidden City and Tian'anmen square.Then you will have a chance to enjoy the Chinese traditional Silk arts or Chinese traditional medicine culture.After lunch,you visit Summer Palace.
- Tiananmen Square: The largest public square in the world.
- Forbidden City: The Chinese imperial palace from the mid-Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty.
- Summer Palace: Originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty.
Day 4: Beijing-Xi'an by Morning Flight(B,L,D)
Pick up from your hotel in Beijing and take early morning flight for Xian. Met and transferred to your hotel in Xian(booked by us). After lunch, first visit Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. Then move on to Big Goose Pagoda. Lastly come to downtown Xian to visit The Great Mosque. After the day tour,you will enjoy the dumpling dinner and Tang Dynasty Show.
- Shaanxi Procincial History Museum: Built in the architectural style of the Tang Dynasty and exhibits more than 300,000 items including murals, paintings, pottery, coins, as well as bronze, gold and silver objects.
- Big Goose Pagoda: One of the famous Buddhist pagodas in China.It was built to store the scriptures and statues Xuan Zang had brought back from India.
- Great Mosque: the biggest and most preserved complete Chinese existent mosque.
- Tang Dynasty Show: It showcases the costumes, music, and dancing of China's golden age: the Tang dynasty (618-907).
Day 5: Xian(B,L)
After breakfast,drive to Terracotta Warriors. After lunch, drive back to city center of Xian to visit Xian City Wall. After this tour,Transfer to your hotel in Xian.
- Terracotta Warriors: The Eighth Wonder of the World. More than 6,000 different looking pottery figures depict the history of the Qin Dynasty from 221 BC-206 BC.
- Xian City Wall: The best preserved, oldest and largest ancient city defense system in China.
Day 6: Xian-Beijing by Morning Flight (B)
After breakfast, free till your transfer to Xian Xianyang Airport and take flight back to Beijing. Arriving in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel in Beijing or connect your flight for your next destination.
